Send over the SwiftK12 SPF Macro
If SPF Record is up to date
Request DKIM through JIRA PCR Ticket

Send customer DKIM key from Dev
Confirm via MXToolbox that they have added the DKIM Key successfully
Go to MXToolbox --> All Tools --> DKIM
List Email Domain & Selector is srn
Rave
Does the customer want to use
email.getrave.com
Use Macro:
Support::Alert::Allowlisting Information w/ PDF Attachment so that they may add our new IPs to their SPF record.
To Modify the beginning of the FromEmail Address:
Edit Domain --> Change the field "Messaging reply and from name" to what the customer
Does the customer want to use their own subdomain?
Use Macro:
Support::Alert::Custom Branded Domain DKIM to get customers subdomain
Once the customer responds, feel free to contact

so that they can configure the next DKIM step for them
