Present perfect / past simple
The Present Perfect
is used to talk about past experiences that have relevance in the present. It's formed with "have/has" followed by the past participle of the verb. Example: "I have lived here for five years."
The Past Simple
is used for specific actions that happened in the past without connection to the present. It's formed with the past form of the verb. Example: "She finished her work and went home."

(?) Have/Has + Subject + Past participle (+ed/third column) + Complement
Ever/Never:
We use never in the positive sentences and ever in questions.
