Effector organ like muscle cannot do anything response towards stimulus

Lambert-eaton syndrome: attack neuron

Pharmacology
Prednisolone 5-60mg OD
Neostigmine 15-30mg OD IV
Azathioprine 1-3mg/kg
Pyridostigime 30-120mg OD
