The reason why the have to do exercise in space is because they lose bone density and muscle for the reason of not having to fight gravity
The exercise equipment is spread around the space station,is not like everything is in one place

They can do their favourite hobbies such as reading,drawing and listening to music :
But it always has a slight change from how you do it in Earth

They have sleeping bags
They are pretty cozy and you could sleep upside-down,because in space since there is no gravity, you won't get a signal in your head that you are upside down.

You could fit you sleeping bags,some clothes,toys and books!

Since there's no gravity,liquids like water are floating bubbles in the air if you are in space
Water is packed in sort of like a grey plastic,kind of like kool-aid jammers

When putting toothpaste in your toothbrush,the toothpaste luckily stays on the toothbrush

When done,they either swallow it, or spit it out in a paper towel

The have a toilet with a pretty small hole,so you gotta have good aim
They just open the lid,sit and it will start suctioning

They also have all kinds of wipes,paper and gloves in case things get a little bit out of control
Laboratories
They have many laboratories,for example, the Japanese the laboratory
This where they perform all the experiments and do all their work,mostly their medical experiments
