Unqualified Guest Speakers in Schools
Most of their advice and "research" comes from personal experiences and anecdotal data.
Examples/Evidence
In the "Just Breath" presentation, the speaker uses her own experiences being bullied as a teen as proof of stress being a general thing amongst teens.
In "Inspire", the speaker uses her own insecurities and body dysphoria that were developed from becoming a bodybuilder as justification for why "body negativity" is problematic.
Additional Points/Analysis
As their advice is often based off their own experiences, their advice is very personalised, and could even be damaging for other people who do not possess a similar personality and mindset to them.
Topic Sentence Examples and Structure
"Similarly to the professionality of these speakers, their research is about as factual as political debates at Christmas".
"If the confirmation bias was a person, these guest speakers would come close as their points are more derisory and ignorant than Crow's supporters".
Anecdotes, sensationalism, bias and generalisations should be used in irony to the speaker's own use of experiences.
Speakers are not qualified educators, and do not possess the correct skills to present to impressionable students.

Additional Points/Analysis
The fact that these speakers are neither qualified in the area they are speaking in and usually also not a qualified in education means they will often prevent their topics in inefficient ways and may come off aggressive and coercive rather than persuasive and informative. This is due to their lack of knowledge in the area and their aggressiveness filling in for their lack of persuasiveness.
Topic Sentence Examples and Structure
"The lack of qualifications these speakers possess cause them to not only provide false or backwards information about the topics they discuss, but also presenting their own information in a at best lack lustre or at worst unintelligible manner".
Potentially puns or metaphors/similes, or another other unused techniques
They will often persuade the audience about their points rather than educate them (Persuasion is convincing someone of your point, Education is convincing someone of a fact).
Topic Sentence Examples and Structure
"In my experiences with these speakers, I often feel myself invested and interested by their stories and struggles, but once all is done, I realise that I don't even know what the point of the story was".
Rhetorical questions, loaded words, hyperbole and repetition could be used in similar affect to the personal experiences point; in irony. As speakers would often use these expressive and catchy techniques, that do not hold true to factual or truthful evidence or advice.
Additional Points/Analysis
This persuasion and entertainment of the audience often leaves them interested in their stories, but without learning their advice as they base their advice of these stories. The audience likes the story, but doesn't necessarily agree with the protagonist, and it is based in subjectivity, so their advice comes of as opinions rather than solid or true advice.
Examples/Evidence
They often use their speeches to promote their personal brands and may generally perform the speeches for exterior motives than just to help teenagers.

"Regardless of the quality of speaker, their speeches always fall apart once the listener catches on that these speakers are just using their paid performance to shill their own personal product".
