Belief systems, like religion or philosophy, shape the identity of a culture, its rules, and even its art. They also guide how people behave and what they think is right or wrong.
Culture
How a culture reproduces itself
Bourdieu's theory suggests that cultural capital, which includes objects, knowledge, and behavior associated with elite high culture, is inherited and transmitted from one generation to the next, primarily through family but also through schools.
How a culture can change over the time
By the invention of new products and ideas which change how we do things.
Through infrastructure, which refers to the way in which the basic structures of the culture fit together. This includes courts, hospitals, and police, and it is an important part of the process of an evolving culture.
The ways in which the laws of the culture change over the time.

Social groups, or groups of individuals who share similar lifestyles, belief systems, or other commonalities.

Relationship with culture
Subcultures are smaller and more specialized groups that belong to a culture. Although they keep many aspects of the culture they belong to, like language or basic values like religion; they create their own identities, ideologies and traditions.
