        Será aquel que sirva para aclarar el alcance y sentido de ciertos hechos y conceptos.

        En este tipo de informe se debe precisar que se fije una distinción neta entre los hechos y sus comentarios, y debe escribirse de tal manera que el lector no tenga que estar averiguando si se trata de algo certero o de una opinión.
