        for example, one person in a 50 person org will be unable to lead the growth of an anarchist presence. 5 people have a better chance. 14 people will be able to make a big change happen.

        since revolutionaries aren't as "developed" as they tend to think, it leaves a lot of room for movements to atrophy and get subsumed into things like the NPIC and the state

        horiztonalism, solidarity, mutualism -- not meant to be explicitly "anarchist", the idea is that they take on anarchic charteristics due to the effectiveness of anarchist practice
        
        Holistic liberatory strategy
        
        the "labor/sectoral model": programmatic approach that mobilizes a "stable"/"homogenized" identity (party left/mass left) -- usually populist, tend to "represent" the subject of revolution through a "great man" who exemplifies the "proles", tends to a lack intersectionality at its core
        
        "Compositional model": a movement that revels in pluralism, focusing on practical alliances based on material conditions rather than idealized notions of unity based off of a valorized identity or shared experience. It is looking at those identities materially, rather than abstractly. This holds together, connects, and expands individual struggles into being something more than their individual parts. The participants also grow from this process, if it is done well. Alliances, to a great degree, should be grounded in values, and the material conditions, rather than "ideology".

        this model can also tend to not particularize enough, such as when it takes for granted the same universals that animate more hegemonic & eurocentric ways of being
        
        The "activist model": an issue-oriented space that tends towards (even effective) tactics and confrontation, but doesn't surpass critique (complaint, critique, ~~proposition~~) -- not great for building anything lasting
        
        This approach can be hard to critique, as it is difficult for folks to hear the critiques, as many people treat the issues as unimportant.
        
        The "right to the city" model: weaving in a focus on remaking and changing the spaces as part of our program towards change
        
        what is described is an anarchist dual power. other dual powers exist, which leads to the potential of a multi-polar power of many competing factions and interests.
