Viking ship museum
The Tune ship was built in 910, and is made of oak. It had a strong support which made it possible for the sail to be as big as 100 square meters.
The Oseberg was built in 820 and is made of oak, each side of the ship contained 12 strakes of oak that overlapped each other and are connected to each other by iron rivets.
