- Low blood supply to cerebral due to bradycardia and vasodilation of peripheral blood vessels
- Sinus bradycardia - < 60 bpm cause low cardiac output thus low blood supply to brain
- Orthostatic hypotension - Blood supply to lower extremities > than upper extremities due gravitational forces that occur when standing too long
- Cause CM such as dizzyness, pale, sweating, blurry vision, trouble hearing, nausea and vomiting
- It could cause to injury to the patient after he almost falls
