2) Effective communication
It is conformed of two main elements
Information
Information reduces our uncertainty about the situation or the environment in which we find ourselves.
Information moves in all directions in an organization.
We need to develop the ability to take what
we need and what we can handle.
Persuasion
means making efforts to change or influence the attitudes and
behaviour of others.
Persuasion means using the best arguments to win over and convince
others.
It has three factors
the persuader must be reasonable.
Emotional appeal
Credibility

Message Receiver
Feedback
Is a check on the succes of the communication
Is the one receiving the message
It's when the receiver sees, reads or hears the message
The medium used to sent the message to the receiver
