The introduction should answer why the researchers conduct this study and the research question matching up to the conclusions in the discussion.
In the results section ask does the data support the conclusions and if the data collected can answer the research question.

Look for key points in the article examples of these can be found in the title, figures, and in the first and last sentences of the introduction.
Key words to look for are we hypothesize, we introduce, or we propose.
