In today’s world, people are still treated unfairly and unequally based on their social status, religion, ethnicity, gender, age, and especially, disabilities. People with disabilities or disorders, whether physical or mental, are denied opportunities, bullied and in general treated unfairly just because they are different. Dyslexia is a learning disorder, and children with Dyslexia have a hard time processing information, reading, writing and concentrating at school. Their literacy skills are underdeveloped compared to kids their age, and they struggle to read or write at the same level as their peers, which has a direct effect on both their education and future, and their self-esteem. Children with Dyslexia don't get treated fairly by teachers and students, and it discourages them from trying hard to keep up with their peers and get a proper education, and it affects their mental health.
