        Emotional intimacy is being fully present, hearing and responding to the emotion, connecting with the emotion and information presented, at a heart level
        
        Emotional intimacy is necessary for every other form of intimacy to be real
        
        Validation is to show value to the emotional experience, validation shows care, it goes beyond just hearing, it feels
        
        Mutual emotional intimacy, that act of giving and receiving emotional value in a way where both are receiving in abundance even while giving out of that emotional abundance.
