Jared
My best friend from camp, Jared, was my co for my first summer on staff. Funnily enough, we were campers together and recognized each other, but we had never been friends. Jared is a much more southern, country sort of guy, and we are sort of opposities in many ways, such as politically. We quickly became best friends and had an amazing summer working together. Since then we stay in close contact, plan trips together, and call probably more than I call my mom. This friendship has taught me that setting aside small personal differences can lead to great things.
