Elements of a Meeting
Chairperson: Starts, runs, controls and ends the meeting.
Secretary: Responsible for all the organisation, administration and paperwork associated with the meeting

Types of Meetings:

Statutory Meeting
The very first meeting of the shareholders in a company, i.e. only held once. The purpose is to receive information, and discuss matters, relating to the setting up of the company.

Board Meeting
A meeting of the board of directors, usually held once a month. The directors make the major decisions and set the goals to be achieved
