This is all about the welfare of others. This means focusing on the childrens personal circumstances, needs emotions and expirences.
Eyfs statutory framework talks about positive relationships not just between children but between co-workers and parents, this may be the quality or consistent care that is provided and the quality of opportunity for all children, making sure they are all included and supported
Safety values relate to the social and physical sense of safety.
Safety values are linked to fundamental trust: if and how one may trust others, and how predictable daily life is.

teachers have a responsibility to encourage children to think, articulate their thoughts, and extend children's minds. Helping children to learn about their world around them.
Democracy: Rights and responsibilities, the individual and the community
Educators can try and promote this by hearing the children and trying to follow their interests however they must balance this with pressures coming from outside pressures
To get the children involved in their community, understand the rights and responsibilities of their community

Children should feel able to have discussions about conflicting ideas. Each child should be able to voice their opinion openly
The welfare model helped to shape the polices and practices for the educational system. This is why it is important to be open-ended. This involves conversations and agreemnet however it can also cause a sense of conflict and disagreement.
