Y3 teacher new to the school would love to share previous experience but is not sure if this is feasible - why?? Lots of different focusses rather than just one

There are disgreements about how much scaffolding should be used - this is evident from the inconsistencies in the scaffolding observed in lesson drop-ins

Year 6 teachers seem to think that the children are too needy - independence should be developed further down the school.
Did not gain buy-in from the most experienced teacher - "a waste of time", wanted to focus on SATS. Only found the moderation sessions useful.

I am not good at writing, we write loads on a Friday and it gets boring (year 4)
I am getting better at SPAG and enjoy the quizzes but we have a new rule every week and I don't aways remember when I am writing (Year 5)

I am not sure if I am good at writing - lots of feedback but no time to read it as we rush. I just write anything so I don't get told off (Year 6)
