Full term or near-term baby
Benign and very common
Rapid improvement in 48H

Macrosomia
Small for gestational age
Delivery <39 wg
Male
C-section
Signs and symptoms
Clinically
Immediate NRD
Moderate or Isolated tachypnea
Crackles on auscultation
On Chest X ray
Lung distention with flattened diaphragm
Vascular markings in a sunburst pattern starting from the hilum
Fluffy opacities
