sometime the feedback form the athletes can come across as frustrated during the session as they might not be able to reach their potention

Vegal
This system controls specific body functions such as your digestion, heart rate and immune system. These functions are involuntary, meaning you can't consciously control them.
Sympathetic
FIGHT OR FLIGHT - speed up your heart rate, deliver more blood to areas of your body that need more oxygen or other responses to help your get out of danger
Dorsal Vagal
SHUT DOWN - It moves us away from connection and into protection. When we experience a cue of extreme danger or life threat we can shut down and feel numb or frozen, we have moved into a dorsal vagal state.
Parasympathetic
REST AND DIGEST - conserve energy to be used later and to regulate bodily functions like digestion and urination.
