PARTS OF SPEECH:
ADVERBS
It is a word that modifies a verb, an adjective or another adverb. It provides us with further information about a verb, adjective or another adverb.
Types of Adverbs
2. Adverbs of Place
They tell us about at what place an action took place (
Here, there, up, out, in, within, away
).
3. Adverbs of Frequency
They show us about how often or how many times a thing took place (
Once, twice, again, often, seldom, rarely, always, frequently
).
4. Adverbs of Degree
They inform us about to what degree or an extent something happens (
Too, any, almost, so, pretty, rather, quite, partly, altogether, enough
).
5. Adverbs of Manner
They give us information about how or in which manner some action is preceded (
Swiftly, clearly, foolishly, well, so, slowly
).
6. Adverbs of Reason
They are the words that are used to state the reason or cause of some happening (
Because, hence, therefore, so
).
10. Interrogative Adverbs
They are the verbs used to ask questions (Why, where, how, when).
8. Adverbs of Negation
They are the words which denote a statement, action or an idea as false (No, never, invalidly).
7. Adverbs of Affirmation
They are the words that are used to affirm or declare something as true (Surely, certainly, definitely, very, obviously, yes, indeed).

They tell us about which time an action was performed (
Ago, before, after, later, already, now, never, formerly, soon, since
).
9. Relative Adverbs
They are the words which come before an adjective clause (When, where, why).
