Faculty committee members review Chair's recommendation and Reply All with endorse or flag for further review
Majority of committee members endorse recommendation.
Committee's determination is documented and Chair notifies student that proposal has reached the next step.
WM Chair contacts the instructor of the proposed course and department contact (Head, Associate Head, C&C Chair, or Director of Undergraduate Studies).
Department shares additional information that disqualifies the course or shows little to no enthusiasm for collaboration
Department's decision is documented and WM Chair notifies student of decision
Department confirms appropriateness of course and demonstrates interest in collaboration
Department's decision is documented and WM Chair notifies student that the process has advanced to the final step.
