3.V.2.1 Create art through a process that includes generating ideas, planning solutions, and
producing original art.
STANDARDS
3.V.3.1 Understand how a single tool can be manipulated in multiple ways, safely and
appropriately.
CASH REGISTER SET
Students are able to role play and use critical skills that will be beneficial for real world situations. Students will also learn the responsibility of managing money and items. Multiple students will be able to use aswell.
SMART BOARD TV
Having a smart board tv in the classroom helps students have more tools to create whatever they want. It also allows students to have more options with what kind of materials they want to work with. Students can also save their work and come back to it without loosing it.
JUNK YARD
In this stattion, students have random items in which they can use to make something creative. This can be beneficial when students may have run out of a material in which forces them to think of solutions by being creative.
LEGOS
With this, students will be able to work hands on and be creative. I will have different items they can make like animals. Legos are already popualr amongst children so this can help with using the same pieces for multiple uses.
MINI AQUARIUM
Having an aquarium in the classroom teaches students about responsibility and calmness. Having fishes, crabs, and other species that are adaptable to be in a fish tank can also make students be creative by exploring different environments and choose decorations for the fish tank
The space philosophy that I created for my students works as multiple uses that allow students to be creative in a way that will be practical for life. My philosophy is for students to learn through experiences and mistakes. Students are able to make their own decisions and work hands on.
