- an organisational culture that embraces change - employees have no silo mentaility reducing lewins force field
- Decision-making based on strong communication; likely to be decentralised, with widespread use of employment empowerment - employees have more power ( more motivated, quicker decision making)
- Employees have some decision making power K+S engagement and involvement reduces resistance to change s employees feel like they are part of the company, therefore more aligned values and quicker change
Leadership and change:
- creating a vision - this reduces lewin as employees understand need for change and reduces misinformation Lego
