POSERS FRAMEWORK
Plan - 5-7 research papers used as evidence but also corroborated to find common issues (evaluated too)
Organise: Similarities and the presence of the same issues in multiple case studies should be identified as findings, and anomaly or area-specific issues can be used in the evaluation as a shortcoming of the global significance of the research.
Set your objectives and Executing the study: Objectives could be identifying traits and common practices of union that can be identified to "result" in their success. These traits or practices can be recommended to unions in this environment to make them more effective.
Research Findings: Common issues with benefit access or MWR guarantee in different countries, what can be done to terminate these problems. What makes a union successful in this sector.
