        Using mineral will cause a lot of growth in algae because these minerals contribute in helping a plant to grow bigger. Due to the large amount of algae, there is a competition between the use of oxygen as a food both to the marine organism and algae. Because of the extensive amount of algae present, there will be more intake of oxygen towards the algae.
        
        algae requires oxygen. so marine animals will receive lesser oxygen
        
        lesser oxygen available cause existing plants in the water body (below) to die or have slow growth.
        
        Lesser plants (e.g coral reefs, etc.) means smaller fishes won't have a proper shelter or food to eat causing these fishes to die
        
        If smaller fishes die due to this, the bigger fishes that feed on these smaller fishes will also die or go extinct due to the lesser quantity of food that they can feed on. This will go one with secondary consumers and the apex predator of the food pyramid or food chain/web.
        
        The more bigger fishes die, the lesser supply of food there are to the population. Due to this, the economic state may drop because more than 3 billion people buy fish. So if the population of small fish are dropping, it will affect the population of bigger fish or fish that people eat/buy. Therefore, economic state of countries that sell fish or fishermen will decrease or drop.
