sudden or violent loss of a loved one
refugge and war experiences (including if your loved one/s are in the army)
serious accidents and/or life threatening deasises

why:
When a trumatic event occurs it stays in the brain for a very long time. it does this because your brain remembers all the hurt you felt in that momment
exsampels include: having memories and flashbacks often, being anti-social and having a temper or having trouble sleeping

Between the ages 3-15, people are the most vulnerable too trauma because their brains are still developing !
However trama can happen at any age (yes even ages 6 months old to 2 years old. they typically don't remember the situation but it affects the way they act
where
Anywhere where the child/teen has been exposed to either phisical or emotional harm
examples: Schools, Homes, Places that are in war or places that have delt with natural disasters
The harm usually affects the brain but in violent cases it can hurt you phisicaly
