Who could be struggling with trauma?
Anyone can struggle with trauma, Kids, Teens, or even Adults.
Anyone can develop PTSD at any age.

Where could people go to get help?
Therapy is a great place to get help, you can always talk to a trusted person if you're struggling on something
You can also get help from where you live, home. you can talk to your parents, or any of your family members.
You can also talk to Psychologists.
What are people struggling on?
People can struggle with:
physical or sexual assault, abuse, accidents, a disaster, or even other serious events.
Example of Accidents: Car crash, Murder, Sport injuries.
Why are people struggling with trauma?
The world isn't really a safe place, so most likely bad things will happen to some people.
Its a more safer option to walk with a trusted adult.
Be careful with your surroundings, you don't know who might be following you
How is PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) treated?
If you have PTSD that needs treatment, I would recommend talking therapies!
A combination of talking therapy and medicine would be recommended if you have severe (or persistent) PTSD.
There are 3 types of talking therapies used to treat people with PTSD
-Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)
-Eye movement desensition and reprocessing (EMDR)
-Support and advice: there are other talking therapies that support PTSD
