Advantages:
Get healthier with health activities info
Collect data in our bodies accurately and tell us what to improve and what is good
Increase our motivation to exercise
Disadvantages:
Laziness, no exercising
Bad health conditions:
obesity, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, etc.
Eye strain, back, neck and shoulder pain and also arm/hand overuse injuries can occur if computer usage is high

Makes people anxious or socially awkward when meeting people in real life
