How organisms use Phosphorus Cycle: Phosphates are found in water, soil, rocks, ect. This makes it part of the lithosphere, hydrosphere, and biosphere, but not the atmosphere. All producers require phosphorus to function (in the form of phosphates PO4). Because of its scarcity, it limits the potential for growth in the population of producers creating balance. Also why farmers use it as a fertilizer. As consumers eat producers, they also obtain phosphorus which is used to created DAN and ATP. it also supports the growth of bones and teeth.
