Plan Layout: ensure files used to install new software for the organization are copied from safe source and finding relied people to help in installing and updating new software to employees PC

Technology: adaptation from old to new introduced software system
Assess Performance: measure, supervise and control performance of employees to assess their capabilities. Kurt Lewin's stage 2 can be used here
Training and development: assess training needs to help employees and provide necessary support training to help them get use to the new system
Processes and procedures: analyze, update and produce new ways to make use of new software and its tools easier for people in the organization
Refreezing: train revenue accounting in new processes. implement the new procedure and monitor or supervise it's effectiveness
Budget: update budget and cost incurred for the installation of new software to the organization as a good leader for accountability.
