Candida Höfer
A German photographer who takes pictures of different variety of buildings and places. It has also been stated that she won the photography award due to thinking of good places and positions to take pictures of, she was also apart of the Sony world photography awards. She is also based on Cologne, known as the biggest city in Germany.
Ansel Adams
An American landscape photographer and environmentalist, who is known for black-and-white images of the American West. He founded Group f/64, an association of photographers advocating "pure" photography which had favored sharp focus and many other types of camera positions which are used in his photography pictures or projects.
