Security
Monitoring the security cameras, and knowing who comes in and out of the hotel. They also pay attention to everything happening outside of the hotel.

Helps guest with their needs, by example dining or entertainment reservations. But also arranges taxis or other transport services when requested.
Bellman

Guides guest to their rooms and does the last check in the room to have a look if everything is good.

Welcoming guests at their arrival and being there throughout their whole stay for questions and requests

Trains and supervises front office staff to make sure the staff is trained to give guests the best experience possible.

Responsible for the whole reception team, to ensure that guest have a satisfied stay.
Is responsible for setting the prices of the rooms and looking at the competitors of the hotel and anticipating on their way of pricing.
Guest service manager
Listens to guests complains and requests, and look for a way to adjusts and improve their complaints.
Directs staff to make sure guests have a smooth check in and out, and get brought to the right room.
