        Coordinates process of development, communicates with DEV TLs, negotiates deadlines, is responsible for the escalation process in the case of conflicts between initiatives or unplanned increase of DEV price, is responsible for the change management in the case the DEV priorities has changed or new initiative should be added to DEV plan during quarter
