MORPHOLOGY :
TROPHOZOITES
CYTOSTOME - anterior region got small depression is parasite mouth , the cilia araising from that region is called 'adorable cilia'

- Nucleus ( Micro and Macro)
2.Contractile vacuole.
3.Food vacuole.
Oval in shape , anterior is pointed and posterior region is broaded

Encystation occurs, so that cyst forms occurs in the stool
Pathogenicity

Insome cases , it forms intestinal ulcers , sometimes it be round or irregular structure with pus
In maximum cases, it creates nausea , vomiting, diarrhoea and dysentery stools
Most probably it is harmless. Incase, 2 to 3 days patients cured without treatments

Culture - Diphasic medium , polyxenic media.
Biopsy from ulceration

Molecular methods - PCR, ELISA, Antibody testing methods
