People need to pay a specific amount of money to settle in space (this is an enormous amount because it is expensive).

They can mention their own ideas, so that CosCon can discuss if their idea is used in space or not

They can't travel back and forth many times, because that oil and waste is bad for debris in space, so those people can only go back once in 5 years.
Build a space ship that is capable of cleaning the debris in space.
Making sure that new technology which is launched into space is capable of destroying itself, so that the debris becomes less.
When astronauts see something in space that doesn't belong there, they need to clean it up and not leave it there.

Countries need to be a bit more open for ideas of others, otherwise we can never make a constitution in which every country is happy

People and travellers need to obey the rules of CosCon, otherwise they can't go into space.

When people visit space they are not allowed to create debris in space (so throw things out of the rocket or spaceship).
A majority of citizens in a country agrees on international cooperation to achieve more knowledge about space together.
More people will become more involved in finding out more about space and so we, as a society, will learn more about space and surroundings.

Everyone needs to participate in the politics of space
Everyone has an equal vote about space to create more equality in space as well as on earth.
Everyone is allowed to start a party, however there have to be enough votes for them to participate in the constitution.
When countries start working together and share their thoughts and knowledge, the world, human society, its knowledge will expand automatically.
There is a freedom of speech, which makes sure that everyone that enters space will have the same opportunities and treatments.
There is an appointed leader from CosCon
When discussing pros and cons, there will be improvement in thinking, sharing and achieving.
They will discuss certain goals and things that need to be done to expand knowledge and make certain things better.
When the majority of a country agrees on international cooperation, CosCon can start international cooperation.
When people do not agree with that person being the leader they can kick him/her out of the position he/she is in
Then they can get another leader by voting
