Obesity- Obesity can cause cortical cataracts, a condition where light is scattered by a defective lens
Increasing age- Around age 40, the proteins in the lens of your eye start to break down and clump together
High blood pressure- Damage to your retina can lead to bleeding in the eye, blurred vision and complete loss of vision.
