Only have trophozoite form , have 4 flagella in anterior end , posterior end is sharp , have undulating membrane , jerky movement ,have axostyle in center ,single nuclei present in cytoplasm

PATHOGENECITY
2 Conditions - Acute ,Chronic
Acute - yellow green colour vaginal discharge, foul smell,strawberry like appearance on vagina, males - Nongonococcal urethritis,penile ulceration
chronic -Pruritus , vaginal discharge mixed with mucus , pyosalpinx , respiratory distress in HIV patients
