Smart screwing
Last but not least is the smart screwing station.
Make everything automatized in production seems good.
But it's not always true in reality
Customer some how still need an economic solution with manual work,
but as a smart factory we will not want to loss track on process data and we don't want the product & fixture took out of line frequently
so we manage to build a smart manual station and start from what need most in EAM, the screw assembly
We integrated delta screw driver, self made torque arm and working table with double-layer conveyor which can fit in our production line
feeder and holder module, which free operater's hand from picking the screws
A guiding software for Operator, which will also visualize data for supervisor

Function test
Testing is crucial phase in the EAM process where electronic components and devices are thoroughly examined to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Most of them require lot of time and manpower, some even involve high temperature or high voltage
so it's reasonable for our customer to choose Automated Test Equipment.

All machine are made by ourselves, we can customize the fixture accordingly and utilizes dispatch simuilation system according to spec to maximize the output

@ The start of test line is directly connected to the end of assembly, product pick by scara and also plug in by it
@ Function tester is consist of testing station, a big scara for dispatch and testing instruments on top of all these
@ Burn in test on the other hands needs a Confined space, and requires more time, so we make it like a vending machine with a lot of slot and XZ robot for dispatch
@ This is labeling machine
@ All process are registered before and after testing and there's a screen at the start of line to oversee all machine status
@ The unloading process is also done by scara and you can see the fixture reflow underneath the line which will then go through a new cycle automatically
DIP Assembly
Next, is the DIP assembly line, in fact there are many PCBA production line in Delta. But for now We are more experienced in THT insertion machine, so we start from this rather than SMT line
Besides insertion machine, we also have Standard Router/dispensor/labeling machine from EAM
Combine with auto loader / flipper /flux sprayer and outsoursed oven and AOI machine
we can construct a suitable line according to customer's process

Dispensing
Some customer separate the dispensing or coating process from DIP or SMT line, so we proposed a sub line mainly focus on this.
Main character is Auto dispenser, 2nd important one is the OVEN, combine with the conveyor flipper and Lifter, we 're able to construct an in loop double side coating line.

Here is an example of manual plug in on fixture, in this line you can see there're open working area for manual loading/unloading
The fixture will still reflow itself (by lifter)so operator only need to carry the product.
In this line, product are transferred by rail cart and dispatched to different test chamber.
