Chemical erosion occurs when a rock's chemical composition changes, such as when iron rusts or when limestone dissolves due to carbonation.

Mountains: They are sometimes formed when pieces of the Earth's crust smash together, also known as tectonic plates. Mountains are the tallest landform.

The Earth's surface is called the crust. It is made up of different rocky sections called tectonic plates. They are located all over the world. They act as a shell below the ground and the sea.
