The art of connection - Coggle Diagram
The art of connection
Art reflects interconnectedness across space and time
Colours used reflect on the mood of that time
Shapes and forms show how Europe and Brazil was trying to value simpler shapes and forms rather than complex ones
Lack of realistic gradient shows the intention of trying something new during that space and time
Space used reflect on the perspective and the angle of each form(connecting with the situation of that time, where there wasn't a "rule" or "pattern" that they had to follow
The texture used is mostly concrete and solid to show the stability of the forms
The lines are straight and help create sharp ends, to show how that time was harsh and wasn't easy
Intended outcome
Sharp and straight lines to create sharp ends, as well as give stability to my shapes and forms
Simpler shapes and forms to interconnect with both artworks and art movements
Rough texture to show the difficulties that the main figure is going through
Use gradient to give depth to my painting rather than making it realistic
Dull and darker colours
Use the space in a way in which it looks like there are 2 separate worlds
Space
Connecting to the space used in both artworks(nature)
Valuing simpler shapes and forms
Dull colours
Different perspectives(according to the perspective)
Focus on the size of each shape and form and their proportion
Time
It was a period of time that they had to change the way the portray artworks
Used dull colours due to factories and the pollution
Focus on simpler shapes and forms
Not many realistic details
Focus on the lines drawn
