Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that creates a hostile work environment.
TYPES OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT
Quid Pro Quo (Latin phrase: “this for that”):
someone in a position of authority over another person makes an unwelcome sexual advance and threatens the victim with job-related consequences if they refuse.
Hostile Work Environment:
Unwelcome sexual conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive environment.
Third-Party:
someone who is not directly involved in the sexual harassment but witnesses it or is otherwise impacted by it.
Bystander:
a person who witnesses sexual harassment but does not report it or intervene.

Humanistic factors:
Lack of skilled IT personnel, low employee motivation and hesitation to adopt new technologies.
Cultural-Social factors:
Unfamiliar with technology and its applications.
Organizational-structural factors:
Lack of resources for software, hardware, training hinders implementation. and organizational structures may not adequately support e-management initiatives.
Technical-technological factors:
Lack of software, network bandwidth, stable internet connectivity as well as incompatible systems and difficulties in integrating new technologies.
Environmental factors:
The absence of clear laws and regulations regarding IT use can create uncertainty.
Unclear and inconsistent government policies discourage e-management adoption.
