A management style where the manager makes all business decisions without input from employees. These are authoritarian leaders who do not like sharing their authority with subordinates but prefer to make most of the decisions themselves.
Democratic

Democratic leaders encourage employees to participate in decision-making in the business and to delegate power and responsibility where necessary.
The democratic leader has ultimate authority and responsibility but values employees suggestions.
Laissez Faire

Involves giving staff general goals and targets to aim for and then giving them the authority to achieve these in whatever way they think best. Allows the employees to make decisions that they believe are in the best interests of the business
Also known as ‘free rein’ or spectator style.
