On the job training gives room for experienced mentors to help out such as trainers and supervisors. Internships allow learning experiences and holding different positions can help financially. My desired career is to be a teacher and have my established classroom and still being wise about having another position to help me grow my connections.
Family

Families are main sources for networking whether it be a successful spouse, experienced staff whom we work with, and even friends o children. A work and personal family can bring many of the networks we may have.
Administration

Administrators have always helped me with opportunities, especially in my previous employment at Kentwood Public Schools. Since I attended my middle and high school years in that district and did many extracurricular activities, my connections grew with staff, sponsors, donators, and competitors. Administrators can seek more networks as they need to seek others to be successful and carry out vital tasks.
