New grad students can move to San Francisco for new jobs searching for affordable housing eventually highering the prices of these locations creating higher prices and rent which people can barley afford equating them to get evicted.
Many families are moving here for new jobs kicking out locals and highering the prices of the housing
There are tons of new companies which opened up which equates to many new jobs opening up which causing an influx of families to move for their job.
