Cops in the Tenderloin are turning a blind eye on drug abuse and are just there for the increased pay of being in a high crime zone

People flock to SF for the drugs, creating a positive loop.

Kids have to see open air drug abuse daily on their way to school; parents having the fear that their children will one day follow the foot steps of being a drug addict

The government is reinforcing the problems by equipping the drug abusers with materials like clean needles, foil, and other things.

The law that states people stealing under $935 would only count them as petty theft which would only give them a citation and not serious punishments.

Examples like the F.E.A. group who come to S.F. just to rob the stores and vandalize buses and walls. Or the man who stole food and ice cream from stores and sold to others on the streets for quick money
