Shapnu makes a decisive attack against a target they may forgo all or some damage to remove binds placed opon a spirit, undo sorcerous curses or break psyche or soul shaping effects. They must deal damage equal to binds or curses circle+2 or essence rating of character that places the effect. Exposed or undead characters require 1 less damage for success.
