One controversy is that Dubai is holding COP28 which is strange due to the fact that Dubai produces oil and contributes to global warming. Its like having a cigarettes' company saying stop smoking
Another controversy is that Sultan al-Jaber is hosting it and he is the head of UAE's national oil company.
