User Requirements
To make a spreadsheet software to help manage the business.
Sore details about the swimmers who taken part in the swimming lesson.
a) record the class attendance for weeks 1-5
b) record the fastest time for each swimmer for weeks 6, 7 and 8.
Follow the organisation house style/branding by reflecting the logo.
Have an easy-to-use Human Computer Interface (HCI).
Record payment as either Class or Block using data validation.
Calculations
the total number of weeks attended by each swimmer
the income generated from each swimmer who has made a block booking of 8 weeks before the 10% discount is applied
the income generated from each swimmer who has made a block booking of 8 weeks after
the 10% discount is applied
the income generated from each swimmer who has attended swimming classes but has not made a block booking
the total income received from each swimming class before and after the 10% discount
the total income per week before and after the 10% discount
the fastest time recorded for each swimmer
which swimmers, who have attended all weeks for their swimming class, will receive a
voucher to use at a local sports shop.
