This is called the lost and damage fund and the goal is to get the fund up and operating by 2024.

"We must reverse course" The gap from where we are to where we promise to be with climate change to 1.5 degrees is long way to to go. It is like the gap of a canyon to get to our promise. Antonio wants to phase out of fossil fuels meaning he believes we should not oils and gases.
